How to shop on Steve Madden?
Follow these steps:
- Select a product and size, then “Add to Cart”.
- Click the Shopping Bag icon to review cart.
- Click “Buy Now” and enter contact & delivery details (or log in).
- Choose delivery method and review order.
- Select payment: Virtual Account, Credit Card, or Atome.
- Click “Place Order” and complete payment.
- You will receive order status emails.

What if my paid order cannot be fulfilled?
We will process your refund via the original payment method (credit card return or bank transfer for VA). Refunds typically take 7–14 working days depending on method.

Are the products online different from stores?
Most are the same; some collections may be exclusive to one channel.
Are there price differences online vs stores?
Prices are generally the same, but specific promotions may be channel-exclusive.
Why do prices change frequently?

How to decide on shoes and clothing size?

What is the product insole size in CM?

What size do I choose for Indonesian size?
EU sizes are commonly used. You can also view the insole size in CM in the size chart.
Can I change the product size?
Changes to order details are not possible after purchase; please review before paying.
Are the products authentic?
Yes — all products sold in our official store are original.
Is the product available?
If the size can be selected/added to cart it is available. Otherwise it's out of stock.
When will products be available?
We can’t confirm restocks. Check the website and newsletter regularly.
Which countries are products made in?
For Asia region: China, Vietnam, India, and Indonesia. Fulfilment country varies by stock.
Can I get a shopping bag for my purchase?
We don’t provide shopping bags for online purchases.

Which payment methods are available?

How to make a Virtual Account payment?
Select Payment Method > Virtual Account > Place Order.
After "Place Order", you’ll receive a VA number on the payment page. Pay within 24 hours.
Is there a time limit for VA payments?
Yes — 1×24 hours after placing the order. Otherwise it will auto-cancel.
How do I make a Credit Card payment?
- Select Payment Method > Credit Card > Place Order
- Enter cardholder details
- Complete 3-D Secure if prompted
You’ll receive a confirmation email after successful payment.
How can I be sure that my personal data will not be misused?
We use secure providers and 3-D Secure. Card details aren’t stored and must be entered for each transaction.
Can I make payments with Credit Card instalments?
Currently not supported.
What is Atome? Who can use it?
Atome lets you split payments (3 or 6 months) with no interest. Available to Indonesian citizens aged 18–65 with e-KTP. See Atome help.

What delivery methods are available at Steve Madden Indonesia?

What is Home Delivery?
Your order is delivered by our shipping partner.
What is the Receipt Number in the Home Delivery shipping method?
Issued by the shipping partner when the order is ready to ship; used as proof of delivery.
When will I get my Receipt Number?
We email the tracking number when the order is with our delivery partner.
How much the shipping/delivery fee?
Free shipping throughout Indonesia for all website purchases.
What is the order delivery time?
Jakarta: 1–4 working days. Outside Jakarta: 2–7 working days. If delayed beyond this window, contact Customer Service.

How can I track my shipment/delivery status?

- Input your Order ID number
- Make sure the Order ID is the same with the one sent to your email address
- Click "Search"
- Delivery status information will show according to the order ID number you have entered

What if there is an error in shipping or product damage?
Contact Customer Service within 14 days; keep products and packaging in original condition. See our Return Policy.
Is it possible to change the address after placing an order?
It is not possible to change the address details as order will be shipped according to the address registered in the system. Please make sure all your shipping address data is correct before payment.
RETURNS/EXCHANGE
MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO
For all returns and exchanges, you are required to record clearly the process of opening the package from start to finish without edits.
Can I return the products I have purchased?
Yes — returns may be eligible subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Original & Unused Condition: The product must be unused, in original condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
- No Damage or Defects: The product must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged — no stains, broken seams, loose threads, missing accessories, or signs of wear and tear.
- Complete Original Packaging: Return the item with its brand box and original packaging intact. Do not attach tape/labels directly to the box. All accessories from the original packaging (cartons, hangers, stickers, ribbons, ropes, polybags, plastics) must be included.

When can I make a product return request?
Submit your return request within 14 days from the date the order was received.
What products cannot be submitted for returns and exchanges?
Requests are not applicable for:
- Swimwear, sports bras, sports apparel, tight clothing (including leggings/compression/cycling pants), socks, fitness equipment, sports accessories (including hats), and items/brands with specific terms stated on the product page.
- Products purchased with promotions.
How do I make a product return request?
You can submit your return request by contacting our customer service team via email: connect@stevemadden.id.
What shipping methods are available for product returns?
You may return via our delivery partner. We can arrange courier pick-up for you — simply hand over the packaged products at the scheduled time.
What are the rules for returning products purchased with a bundling promo?
Products purchased with promotions are not returnable and refundable.
Can I exchange the products I have purchased?
Exchanges are valid only for specific issues and must be with the same product (same SKU, size, and color):
- Incorrect Size: The received product size does not match the ordered size (or mismatch between product and box, or left/right).
- Incorrect Color: Product color differs from the description/image.
- Broken Product: Faded color; damaged material (peeled leather, torn fabric, loose stitching/knitting), stains or deformed parts; missing parts (loose buttons, broken zippers, missing pieces/parts, broken handles, cannot be pumped for balls).
Exceptions: No exchange for color differences caused by lighting/screens, or for wrong purchase/change of mind.
REFUND
What refund methods are available at Steve Madden?
Refund via original payment method (credit card refund or bank transfer for VA). No cash refunds.
Will I be reimbursed for shipping fee of returning the product?
Shipping fees for returns are not reimbursed.
When will I receive my refund?
Typically within 7–14 working days after we receive the returned product; varies by payment method.
What are the refund rules regarding product returns or orders cannot be fulfilled?
Refunds are based on the amount paid, excluding e-voucher/coupon discounts.
